Description

Three coffee-growing latitudes meet in a single grinder. From the wide plateaus of Brazil to the Andean slopes of Colombia and the volcanic highlands of Bali, this espresso blend pulls its weight from across the equatorial belt. It took dozens of test roasts to settle the ratio.

Three Countries, One Cup

Brazil anchors the blend at 60 percent. As the largest coffee producer on the planet, Brazil supplies the sweet, nutty backbone that espresso depends on, grown across sun-soaked plateaus where lower-altitude farms yield a heavier, rounder bean. Colombia contributes 25 percent from its Andean coffee belt, where steep volcanic slopes and careful washed processing build the clarity and gentle brightness that keep the blend from going flat.

The final 15 percent comes from Kintamani, the highland coffee district of Bali, where smallholders farm volcanic soil between roughly 1,200 and 1,700 meters. These are the higher-grown beans in the mix, and Indonesia's signature processing gives them a depth that grounds the whole cup. Together the three origins cover sweetness, structure, and weight.

The Craft

Built for the Portafilter

Each component arrives processed in its own tradition. The Brazilian lots are natural-processed, dried inside the cherry to concentrate sugar and body. The Colombian beans are fully washed for a cleaner, brighter character. The Bali coffee is wet-hulled, the Indonesian method known locally as giling basah, which hulls the bean while still damp and leaves behind the earthy, syrupy mouthfeel that defines the region. You can read more about how these processing methods shape the cup.

We roast this blend to City+, deep enough to caramelize sugars and stand up to milk, stopping short of scorching the origin character. The result balances Brazil's chocolate and nut, Colombia's lift, and Bali's molasses-dark base into a profile tuned specifically for espresso extraction.

Dark Chocolate Caramel Brown Sugar Toasted Nut BodyFull AcidityMild The Cup

Sweet, Round, and Milk-Ready

Pulled as a shot, the blend leads with dark chocolate and caramel, with brown sugar sweetness filling the middle and a toasted nut finish that lingers without turning bitter. The body is full and the acidity stays mild, so the cup reads smooth rather than sharp.

It shines in milk. The chocolate and caramel hold their own under steamed milk, making this a dependable base for lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites where a brighter coffee would disappear.

Find Your Fix
